2. Scope of the Application

AutoHelp is a mobile application that helps stranded drivers find nearby automotive repair shops and service providers. The application acts solely as an intermediary and does not provide repair or roadside assistance services itself.

3. Personal Data We Collect

• Email address (required for registration and login)
• Username
• Account creation date
• Location data (approximate or precise) used only while the app is in use to show nearby services. Location data is not collected in the background.
• Company account data (if applicable): company name, address, phone number, email, services, opening hours, images/logos.
• Technical data: IP address, device/app version information, security and error logs.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

• Account registration, login and management
• Displaying nearby automotive services based on location
• Connecting users with registered service providers
• Security, stability and abuse prevention
• Compliance with legal obligations where applicable

The application uses Google Maps Platform to provide map display and location-based services.

When an account is deleted, personal data is deleted or anonymised within up to 30 days, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Users can delete their account directly in the app:
